Artist Spotlight: Olaf Hajek

Olaf Hajek combines modern and contemporary elements with folklore to bring together life-like scenes of beauty. His work is absolutely amazing and very reminiscent of early Haitian art works. The imagery, colors and floral patterns remind me of works by Edouard Duval CarriĆ©. Olaf's work however is a major source of inspiration and beauty that is seemingly reflected in the time and effort it takes to put such detail into his work.

I love his work, hands down.

See more of his work here.
